SCS plays a key role in supporting the growth of this sector, with a well-established track record in implementing highly secured wired and wireless network infrastructure for major exhibitions and large international conferences hosted by Singapore.

The network infrastructure enables MICE delegates to access network and communication facilities for the duration of the event. It involves the implementation of thousands of wired points, wireless access points, latest security technologies, as well as Internet protocol (IP) communications kiosks showcasing customised applications that are both general and conference-specific.

Other supporting services provided by SCS for MICE include helpdesk and on-site technical support services during operation hours and on-call remedy services after operation hours.
