Application Management Services

SCS complements our world-class application management processes and methodologies with industry best practices and application of tools from Borland, Mercury Interactive, Parasoft and Rational. We also ensure that your applications are developed and maintained in a secured environment using security tools from Fortify.
Infrastructure Management Services
For infrastructure outsourcing, SCS provides IT helpdesk, onsite and offsite desktop fault management (i.e. desktop support, hardware and software installation/modification) and system management services. SCS provides manpower resources as well as automation tools such as system management tools and call centre technologies to deliver our services.
In order to ensure that the application and infrastructure management services are delivered according to service level agreements, SCS has developed our unique CMMi-compliant project management tool, iTrack. This tool allows us to track and monitor the health status of our projects. Through the iTrack portal, a graphical dashboard, we monitor and track the health status of all projects to ensure smooth project delivery.
